Excellent progress at our student accommodation scheme for International Students House (London) – a new 185-bed development at Kennington Lane being delivering in partnership with HG Construction.
It’s been exciting to see the facade revealed as the scaffolding starts to come down. Brickwork has now been completed up to Level 8 on three elevations and internal finishes are moving along steadily. Bedroom decoration and flooring are complete from Level 1 to 8, and furniture install is well underway. Ground floor works are advancing in line with programme, with second fix and curtain walling installation progressing well.
This is a fantastic scheme which will enable International Students House to help more young people from all backgrounds achieve their academic goals. This is the charity’s first brand new purpose-built student accommodation scheme in their 60-year history, and we are proud to be working in partnership with ISH and HG Construction to deliver this landmark project.
