HG Living partnered with local charity ‘People Know How’ to provide the organisation with brand new premises within our first development in Edinburgh, enabling us to support the economic and social objectives of the local community. The new community space will create valuable volunteering opportunities for students as well as providing a space for collaboration, making connections, sharing learning and exchanging ideas.
The site was acquired in an open market competitive tender by HG Living in partnership with QIP in 2019. The completed property was handed over in autumn 2021 and the sale of the corporate entity to another QIP-managed investment vehicle was completed in January 2022. This high quality development comprises 198 rooms arranged in ensuite cluster flats and self-contained studio flats along with communal amenity space, and is operated under the Prestige Student Living Brand by Homes For Students.
