The development has been awarded a Platinum WiredScore rating and is targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, underscoring our commitment to developing high quality residential accommodation. Energy efficiency, sustainability and safety have been integral to the scheme, with all standards above and beyond existing building requirements.
Arbour is the first scheme we have delivered on behalf of Pension Insurance Corporation, a specialist insurer of defined benefit pension schemes. We are delighted to have brought forward much needed new homes within a tight timeframe, working collaboratively with HG Construction and Pension Insurance Corporation to develop a high quality, sustainable development that will make a positive long-term contribution to the local community.
